Start by making the dough by mixing the milk, yeast, eggs, butter, and sugar in a stand mixer.
Add salt and 4 cups of the flour and mix very briefly. Let rise in mixer for about 5 minutes.
Using a dough hook on the stand mixer, mix at medium speed and add remainder of the flour as needed. Dough should still be sticking to the bowl, but will be elastic and smooth.
Place the dough in a large greased bowl, cover with a damp towel and let rise for about 30 minutes. The dough should double in size.
Meanwhile, begin preparing the filling by combining the butter, sugar, and cinnamon until well blended.
Once the dough is ready, roll it out on a floured surface into roughly a rectangle.
Spread the cinnamon filling on the dough in an even layer.
Roll the dough from one end into a tight roll.
Cut the roll into roughly 12 slices and place in a greased baking pan.
Let the rolls rise for another 15 minutes or so until they double again.
While the rolls rise, preheat the oven to 375. Then lightly warm the heavy cream.
Once rolls have finished rising, pour the heavy cream over them. Then bake for 21 minutes until golden.
Prepare the glaze by blending the cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.
Once rolls have finished baking, frost and serve immediately!
