About the Coaches

  • Aparna Alavilli

    RUNNING COACH

    Former NCAA DI & DIII Cross-Country and Track & Field Athlete and Team Captain. 2X National Qualifier and Top 50 in the nation. Competes across mile, 3K, 5K, XC 6K, and 10K.

  • Michael Rector

    STRENGTH & AGILITY COACH

    Started competing in martial arts at age 7. Won his Professional MMA Debut at age 19. 2X AAU and USPF Oklahoma Powerlifting State Champion. Can do backflips on a slack-line, and skateboard in a handstand!
