Apple Crisp
There’s nothing better than a bowl of ooey, gooey fall time apples with a cinnamon crunch! This is a timeless classic that is sure to hit the spot on a crisp autumn day. Be sure to serve with some vanilla ice cream!

For the apple mixture:
2 granny smith apples
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
For the cinnamon topping:
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/8 cup oats
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
6 tbsp cold butter

Pre-heat oven to 375°F.
Grease a 7-inch round cake pan.
Whisk 3/4 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup granulated sugar, and 1 tsp cinnamon.
Peel and thinly slice 2 granny smith apples.
Stir together the apples and mixture.
For the cinnamon topping, in a separate bowl whisk the flour, oats, 1/2 cup brown sugar, and 1/2 tsp cinnamon. Mash the butter into the mixture.
Spread the apple mixture evenly in the pan. Top with the oat mixture.
Bake for 35 minutes.
Serve with vanilla ice cream!
